Responsibilities
User Research:
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Wireframing and Prototyping:
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
User-Centered Design:
• Advocate for a user-centered design approach throughout the product development process.
• Ensure that design decisions align with user needs and business goals.
Visual Design:
• Develop high-fidelity visual designs, including layouts, graphics, and branding elements.
• Maintain consistency across the product in terms of design language and style.
Usability Testing:
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Interpret and act on usability testing results to improve the user experience.
Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with UX researchers, information architects, and other designers.
Design Systems:
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems for consistent and scalable design solutions.
• Ensure the adherence to design standards and guidelines.
Responsive Design:
• Design interfaces that are responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.
• Optimize designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences.
User Training:
• Provide training and support to internal teams on user experience and design principles.
• Share knowledge on best practices in UX/UI design.
Feedback Integration:
• Gather and integrate feedback from stakeholders, clients, and end-users to refine designs.
• Advocate for design decisions while remaining open to constructive criticism.
Requirements
Education:
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Substantial experience in UX/UI design, typically ranging from 5 to 10 years or more.
Proven experience leading design projects and working on a variety of digital products.
Portfolio:
A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects, demonstrating problem-solving skills, design thinking, and a user-centered approach.
User-Centered Design:
Deep understanding and practical application of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
User Research:
Experience conducting user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Interaction Design:
Proficiency in interaction design, including the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Visual Design:
Strong visual design skills, including a keen eye for aesthetics, color theory, and typography.
Ability to create high-fidelity visual designs and design systems.
Usability Principles:
Knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards to ensure designs are inclusive and user-friendly.
Prototyping:
Experience creating interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Proto.io.
Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale.
Leadership:
Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to mentor junior designers and lead design initiatives.
Agile/Scrum:
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in an iterative, collaborative environment.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements, timelines, and feedback.

Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
